A bit disorganized, but staff is friendly.

Basic Starbucks, there's always a line but it's quick

I love this place, I go every morning before work and I the staff is always professional and helpful. I never have a problem with my drink or the service for getting my drink. My only one issue, is that the tables are very wobbly and this morning as I sat to drink my beverage and eat my breakfast, the table top kept on moving and it ended up tilting on me, spilling my drink and the end part of the table hit my leg. I am okay but was a bit startled so I never went up to the front desk, not to mention the staff was very busy with the morning rush, so I didn't want to bother them, and I just feel so bad that I left my mess on the floor without saying anything. The tables are not very sturdy and luckily I only had a cold drink but if it was a hot beverage it would have been worse probably. I do love coming here and will continue, I just know to be a bit more cautious when it comes to the table I sit down at.

The staff really bad people. They laugh about their clients. They don"t give a good service.

I would give it two stars but will give three. Only two workers and they were busy. No bathroom for customers. As for drinks this was the first time I was served a cold coffee at any Starbucks. First the earn was empty and the girl had to tilt it to get coffee. Then got milk and sugar and sat down. Cooler than room temperature. Went to ask for a replacement. Needed to wait a few minutes for them to brew more coffee. The worker was kind and gave a courtesy upgrade and a larger cup of coffee.
