Why are the staff so cranky? The drinks are almost Starbucks standard.

Though I liked that this Starbucks was close to the hotel, it did not have the computer system to have the rewards to be used form your card and things added to your card. Also, I feel like hotels used to offer free coffee or breakfast, but now, they just add a low-service Starbucks next to it so you buy your own drinks.
