the stuff here was very rude.
There is a ridiculous story.
when I was traveling in US, I went there to buy a sausage egg burger. That costs $5.06 normally.
I gave that counter $20 and 6 cent. Finally, She told me I had paid $5.06($5 notes with coins).
I was asking for checking. She call her manager coming to check.
They checked every notes and coins in font of me.
The frist time they said $8 extra money. the second time $10 extra.
I had to accept $10 return as my flight was going to departure.
She was very rude and refused to say sorry.
I had a Question for them:
Does USA has a $15 notes?

Pretty standard Starbucks - friendly staff, selection of to-go sandwiches and a toaster to heat them up. Some confusion by folks in where to queue up.

I went to the Starbucks at the terminal 8 (JFK airport) close to the gate 45 to grab a fast bite before a 6 h flight (with food only by purchase). After a 30 min line at the security check I arrived to the gate only 5 min before the boarding time. I was hungryband thrusty... And I needed to pee. So priority first in run into the toilet, then I joined a line at Starbucks. In order to help to fast the situation I decided really fast that I wanted a chestnut coffee and a cranberry orange scon. The woman at the regestry asked me twice which kind of scon and I repeted my order clearly. Then, I took the brown bag with the scon inside and I waited nervous for my coffee while seeing the people at the gate already boarding. As soon I got my coffee I boarded the flight. Half an hour later I opened the Brown box and it turn out that she (the register) gave me a cinnamon scon. I hate cinnamon, I can not even smell it. I know it was a misunderstanding but I when I share my story with other people it turn out to be a normal thing at Starbucks. More for non native English speakers, they frequently get wrong drinks or pastries. The good news is that often they can complain and the mistake is fixed. In my case there was no was for me to transform a discussing scon in a more healthy cranberry scon... So I starved. It would be great if you can come out with an easier system to name the things like with numbers that will make the lines go faster and the customer service improve.
