I go to this Starbucks all the time. The baristas are awesome. Marleni, Shavon, Kyle, Brad, they're all good. I'm a regular and I like that they remember me and always know my favorite drink just the way I like it. I just wish there were more seats, but it's a small store.

The Barista made my drink wrong. While she was making the drink incorrectly I let her know, and instead of remaking my drink, she put my drink to the side, made someone else's drink, and then handed me the incorrectly made drink.

Horrible service! I would not waste my time and money at this location. Customer service needs quick improvement.

Not the worst i have been to, they will take your order right!
It was really crowded when I got here today. Customers patiently waiting, some staff remain calm except Marleni, she talked down to me saying next time I should ask for water at the cashier...
I understand but her customer service sucks! Just because I look younger than her does not mean She has to have an attitude while she is getting payed to serve coffee to everyone and wish them a good day.
Starbucks is a franchise that offers comfort and makes you feel home, she did the opposite, if next time I come here and I see her I wont order.

This Starbucks is literally - hands down - the worst Starbucks I have ever been to (when it comes to their customer service). The Barista - who has taken my order both times that I have been there - was rude and very unprofessional. I work in Harlem, and I loathe the customer service at this location so much, that I would rather take the #2 train down to 96th street just to go to the Upper West Side Starbucks instead of the one 'conveniently' located on 125th in Harlem. The baristas who make the coffee always make it good - which is the one bright side - but the good coffee (that I pay at least $5.00 for!) is not worth it when you have to go through the crappy customer service to get it.
