My favourite Starbucks in NYC! Nice staff, usually no queues, plugs for phones and laptops at nearly every table! Great place to re-charge your phone and yourself before heading back downtown :)

I have been here at least 20 times and 15 of those times the coffee is burnt and doesn't taste right. Their espresso drinks always taste bitter and the drip coffee has a stale taste. The staff seems clueless. I avoid this neighborhood spot at all costs now.

I have come to this Starbucks at least 40 times. It's a great place to get work done, with great music, and it's a relaxed and comfortable environment. The employees are genuinely friendly. I've never had a bad experience there. It is obvious the majority of customers are repeat customers. It's a neighborhood cafe in a big city. On top of which, they keep it very clean.
