Starbucks

Nice Starbucks, often really crowded.

The people there where so rude! I walked in and I waited online.When it was my turn I ordered an ice coffe.The woman goes to make my coffe and in the middle of it she stops.Im like what she doing?She lets it sit..Why!! When I got my coffe the ice was melted and it tasted like water!!Im defiantly not returning.

Consistently bad service. Hate that this is closest to my apartment. Example: I order a frappaccino. The lethargic employee starts to make it. She runs the blender, pours it, and then let's it sit on the back counter melting while she turns her attention to three other orders AFTER me. When I politely ask if I could just have my drink, she curtly replies "It's coming" and continues to defiantly finish the task in front of her before waiting to hand it over. What????

this store is supposed to open at 5:30 AM weekdays and 6 AM weekends. there have been no fewer than 10 instances in which the store opens 10, 15, even 20 minutes later than this because the employees don't get there in time or they are "short staffed" (someone sleeping in). with a huge group of people all waiting outside sometimes in the freezing temperatures, they just lazily stroll around the store without the slightest sense of urgency, ignoring the furious customers outside whose time they are wasting. at 6:20 this morning I began pounding on the door I was so annoyed by how many times its happened, and this girl comes outside and gives me a huge attitude telling me its not her problem they are short staffed and she will call the cops if I knock on the glass again. the correct response would be "I'm sorry to make you all wait, someone didn't show up today and we're doing the best we can." instead she deflects attitude and threats onto the customer whose time she's wasting? should be fired on the spot.

The service was terrible. They don't even know Starbucks policy. I asked for the coffee refill (black coffee) and they said since I ordered a latte I didn't qualify. This is bull I have been going to Starbucks for years. I'm from Seattle!
Bathrooms were dirty. The manager was called and he didn't know the policy either. I showed the policy on my phone to the manger and he still argued. I called the 800 customer service and of course they knew the policy and were excellent.
