Never have experienced ruder Starbucks service in my life. Don't care about customizations in your order, simply get each order over with. Terrible.

Bad attitude. They need to be instructed on how to talk to customer
And the place is very dirty

The people there are wonderful and have become my place to start my day before I head out to see my patients.

Open at 7 maybe? Pathetic, your open time is 5:30. Other businesses on your block are capable of opening on time the morning after snow. You use it as an excuse and it is disgusting. The trains are not down. You should open on time. There is no reason for Starbucks to coddle their lazy inept revolving door employees. I have been a customer for 25 years and should be able to get a cup of coffee on my way to work, where I will be showing up on time even though it snowed last night.
