Long lines, but they do go very quickly. There are barely any outlets & very limited number of seats.

The store gets very busy, and the staff aren't as well versed on their latest offers. But that said, it's a welcome revamp over the previous store on the same stretch, and the service was quick considering the foot traffic they had.

545am and a wait and a half. Three employees behind counter and only one is ringing customers up while making coffee drinks. So terrible.

This particular store is busy, yet quick to move the line. The space is bright and feels open. It's one of my favorite cafes for this reason. NO outlets in this location - they have all been covered. Head across the park to 15th and Union Sq East if outlets are your prerogative.
