Writing in defense of this particular location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lines do get long but move quickly. They always have coffee when I go there. If they're out of blonde roast they happily make a pour over batch for me. Otherwise, it's an unremarkable soulless corporate coffee store.

worst Starbucks on the planet! correction worst Starbucks in the universe! I've been sent away from this location before because they had no coffee. I'm dead serious. they had no regular coffee.
