Absolutely crazy line!!
We waited 10 minutes just to order, and then just gave up. If they know that they are busy between 11-1, why do not they use more people? I thought Starbucks was all about here and now and asap.
I think that since they are located in a busy mall, they should have the ability to offer coffee in less than 10 minutes, and when you wait for 15, and do not even get to the point that you order the coffee, this is ridiculous.
