I get my Chai tea from here. Young students fill the room mostly. I like the music but it can be a bit loud at times. Staff is friendly and courteous. They have long lines so be patient! Nice snacks and salads, healthy juices and a working bathroom that is always kept clean. Stop by and tell them a fellow New Yorker said they are good to go!

The staff is courteous and nice. The lines are unreasonable. If you hit lunch hour, expect at least a half hour wait. If you order via the app, food and specialty drinks are made quickly, but tea takes a full 20 minutes. The staff do their best, but this place is clearly not equipped to handle the everyday inrush of college students at lunch.
