Amazing and fast. The young ladies in the morning are a very efficient and there is never a long wait. They know they will see me as long as I'm in jersey city!

Great spot. Loads of space to go work. It's never too crowded or too noisy. Recommended!

Yesterday I found what it looks like a false nail when I finished my frapuccino. I went back to this store in just to ask what was this piece from - perhaps a glass or machine or something else broken while preparing my drink- I wanted to know what is was because I was already feeling nausea just to think that it could be a false nail. But the cashier replied "I don't know what that is and there's nothing I can do because it wasn't on my shift" WOW! thanks for caring! that's real customer service!

Typical Starbucks. Overpriced coffee. Not that great. There are so many small coffee shops in the area. Choose those over this one.

As with most Starbucks, this one remains true to their business model. The coffee is up to par and the service is also top notch. Where this specific location succeeds and struggles is its specific location. It's right next to the Grove Street Path station, which for all intents and purposes is very nice for those NYC commutes. However, it's due to this same reason that this Starbucks suffers a one star loss. The foot traffic in this location is very heavy and during peak hours you'll be very lucky to find a place to sit to do your work or just to relax. Overall, I still enjoy coming here to get a blonde roast. 100% would recommend
