Was denied service too they said the were closed! Here says 6:30 but their actuall door schedule says 5:30... I arrived at 5:42!! And the customer service is very poor

Their coffee tastes totally different the Starbucks coffee. it is much weaker and it is not fresh at all.
they do not honor any coupons or discounts. lately I knew that they are licensed from the hotel they are at, I don't understand that license thing, but what I know is that they are not Starbucks that I know.
Even the staff working there are not friendly as other branches I have been through
