They had three staff members there but only one of them was working.. the other two stood around.
Frigid — my hands went numb even with a jacket on. They need to dial the A/C way back.

It's a cool chill spot. The staff has been good to me for the past year. This location tends to be popular when the weather suddenly turns for the worst (like rain or extreme heat).

You must admit that running such a huge amount of brunches, and at the same time to offer high quality coffee is not easy. They will always be my first selection when it comes to coffee to go. I still think that they should offer more seating places, because sometime you want to actually sit and have the coffee, and not run away with it. Not for nothing they have such good reviews...

Service is rude there. I wanted to purchase tea and asked to tell me about teas, the young guy who was selling rolled his eyes and said "God, just take any tea Im tired"; I asked him to try to be more polite and he became UPSET at me, showed me his military ID telling that "you can do nothing to me because Im from military". He started arguing with me and yelling at me! He acted in unpolite way to people anytime I was there; I was shocked that they hired someone like that!

I don't come here very often, but I'm always happen when I do. I can usually find a place to sit, and the staff is super friendly. Shout out to the guy who I think it the manager (has a great beard). He is always so incredibly friendly and nice even though I know he's been working a super long shift. Very helpful in helping people decide what they want. My only complaint is he talks a little loud, so everyone around me can hear my super lame order. It's nice to be greeted by such sincere friendliness after a long day at work, especially from someone who probably has had a long day themselves.
