Pheww, I thought I was the only one who had a bad customer service experience at this place..... It's that one cashier girl to give a nasty attitude when asked if an item is available today. Yes, I know Starbucks sells this drink, but sometimes it sells fast especially getting near closing hours. Just simply respond to your customer yes or no and don't give an attitude as if I don't know what is on the menu and also causing a scene. I don't think it's a strange question to ask before ordering, Do you?, but apparently she thinks it is....

Descent fast service but its in a terrible spot to acess. Its on the corner of two busy intersections and no parking to accomidate everyone. Best to walk there or park across the street.

This store discriminates against the disabled. I am handicapped and have a handicap permit.
Most of the time the handicap parking spaces are taken by vehicles that do not display a handicap permit. I have brought this to the attention of store employees and they refuse to do anything. Despite request from our local Assemblyman, the store refuses to accommodate the handicap.

Wow it took me a few moments to realize I was on the wrong side to place an order, once I finally moved to the other side, I was next, but the barista now says, "the line starts over there" I'm next and no one is behind me, really....

I guess maybe most of the employees here treat their customers nicely but the girl my daughter and I just encountered there was off the charts horrible. Nasty condescending, superiority complex and when called out on her terrible attitude responded with more smug non-apologetic answers. Worst customer service experience, my 11 year old daughter who was the one that requested we go to Starbucks since it's a special day for her noticed the attitude and said she would never go in there again! An 11 yr old! Terrible, stay clear of this place.
