What a wonderful experience. The entire staff was courteous, respective, helpful and treated my car with great care. I didn't have to worry at all. Please read on: I was able to get last minute tickets to Frozen Disney on Ice for last night. When I started to check into parking, I was annoyed to find out that I should have reserved a parking space as well. Who knew? The parking lots next to the Pru Ctr. were sold out. The other lots associated with the Pru Center that had space were 1/2 mile away from the center! I was in a panic. It was so cold last night and only my 6 year old daughter and I would be going. I started googling and calling around. Enter: Star Parking and Libby, my angel! A live person actually answers their phone! How rare these days! I told her my situation and she asked me my name and the type of car I was driving. She told me exactly where to go. When I got there, a wonderful spot was waiting for me. Their lot was steps away from the Prudential ctr and the street was blocked off to only cars parking so we simply walked down a safe pedestrian street steps away from the entrance to the center. When the show was over, we returned to a lot that was well lit, with several attendants so I felt very safe. I simply drove out and I was on my way home. No fuss, no traffic jam. A true pleasure! If I visit the Pru ctr again, I won't even hesitate to call Libby again and park there! A super class act!! Thank you Libby and the entire staff!
