I enjoy shopping here because the staff is helpful and it has a parking lot.

Employees just dont care. I have been there for supplies with no complains but the employees are the worst. I wait over an hour for a binding service that should not take more than 10 minutes, there was no body in front of me and I still waited for almost an hour to have something bounded. The girl doing it was ON THE PHONE the whole time, and she stopped several times during the process just to continue a relaxing conversation. I just could not believe this. Apparently it is ok to be on the phone while you take care of costumers. Finally after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, she handed my copies to another person to finish binding them so she could continue with her phone conversation. In conclusion, best experience EVER

Worst service. Employees don't care. They sent my package to a completely different address then what I wrote down. I will never go there again.

Staples is a good place for office staff. But when they try to save money by opening just one cashier it is ridiculous. I waited 25 minutes in line, because the same person needed to do the check out and to get the inks for the printer. Too bad that this is the reason i couldn't give them 4/5 stars.

They couldn't print and cut my business cards on time, I needed to wait the store dor almost an hour and give them tips how to cut them faster!

More details: I ordered same-day business cards, which were more expensive and should have been done in 4 hours, according to their website. I placed my orders at 2pm and came at noon the next day. I wanted to pick them up, run some errands and go to a business meeting. Unfortunately it turned out that the cards weren't cut yet ("machine is jamming"). Come on! They had had 10 working hours to cut them manually or repair the machine or even buy a new one! They did nothing to have them on time. I told that to a woman in the store, but she only shrugged and just turned around without saying a word. It was rude!
If they couldn't have done anything with the machine, they could have called me and ask me when I need cards. They didn't. 10% discount doesn't help - I lost my time here. I advise to stay away from this location if you want to get your cards printed on time.
