Poorly managed location. Went to this location to buy computer immediately. Brought ticket to register. Clerk told me only the manager could get item and he would be busy for the next several minutes. Apparently they don't trust any of their employees with the key. Waited for 5 minutes while two clerks discussed how he was taking third complaint this week from customer about rude employee. Manager finally arrived took item ticket. After another two minute wait came back to tell me that they didn't have item but he could order. Not helpful! If they had a working inventory system clerk should have been able to tell me that immediately. Big waste of my time.

Sometimes it seems they are short on help,but they are very pleasant
and it is nice to go there

The selection is great, but the cashiers were distracted and not courteous.
