Why are they sooo rude???? They super suck with customer service. No patience, no respect, just amess and sad :(!

Terrible customer service. You ask for help then they tell you a few minor details then walk away and you have to keep asking them. Meanwhile your time on the computers is running and you end up wasting money because you didn't get the required help. One person tells you one thing and the other person tells you another. It also didn't help that the fat, ugly chick behind the counter was flirting, like really? yuck

Worst place, I waited more than 30 minutes at the copy center and no one show up. I asked the manager told me he didn't know where is the crew...what type of manager won't know where are the employees. Staples need to evaluate his crew.

Everytime I use the Copy and Print center, there's always some issue.

I went to print out photos this morning at their workstation, and I logged off before letting the print finish. When I realized that the photos didn't finish printing, I went to the representative to ask her why it didn't print, she said that because I logged off before it printed, even though I accepted the charges to print, that it cancelled and I would need to do it all over. When I asked for a manager, she walked away to help a different client. She eventually called the manager, but to her convinence, and I had to run out to a meeting. I rather eat the $8 than deal with this store ever again.

Not only did this happen, but there were at least 5 other frustrated clients not being serviced. The printer kept running out of paper, the fax machine wasn't sending faxes through (overheard that client complaint), and one of the workstations was down. This Place is disorganized and understaffed. Representative are passive and don't care.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Using a typewriter would be more efficient than printing at this Staples.

HORRIBLE!! YOU BETTER GOING TO OFFICE MAX, BEST BUY OR ANYOTHER PLACE! AND GO TO FEDEX FOR COPY SERVICES THEY DO EVERYTHING ON THE SPOT IF IT A SMALL ORDER. I HATE THIS STAPLES AND WISH THEY WOULD CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN
