Computer is so out dated in print center. They have internet explore 7!!! FYI Microsoft is upto 10 now.

This staples is one of the best I have been too. There service needs improvement, but it is nothing major. The Tech associates are so knowledgeable and helpful. The copycenter associates are wonderful, kind, helpful and provide great services. I use to come here before, now that I go there now...it has improved so much!

Not enough workers. Parking lot a mess

terrible service WORST STAPLES EVER BELIEVE ME DONT EVEN BOTHER TO GO THERE
STORE MANAGER as well as TEAM MANAGER refuse to provide me with a FLASH DRIVE while they internet connection wasnt good enough to send out an email

Basicly YOU CAN NOT RELY ON THEM

I picked up this weeks Staples flier at this store. It claims to offer free shipping.

I went to order some items on the internet, they came up as a substantially higher price. I called their 800 line ad they told me that was because I had to order it over the phone and offered to take my order. So I read them the items numbers and they can't get them to come up, so I can't get the good price.

I'm handicapped. I'm not interested in waiting around the store in pain to order items. I much prefer to take a flier and do so in the comfort of my home. But Staples won't let me do that and get decent advertised prices.

Staples is NOT a handicapped accessible business. Don't buy from them.
