Worse costumer service experience, it is not my first time waking into this store, when I go there my main goal is to print things out, computers are slow and not updated. When I complained about their print out services I get turned out with an "I'm sorry, there is nothing we could possible do" stay way from this location.

My name is Luis, I am currently a Customer Service Trainer for a local company here in NYC, I would say every time I walk into an establishment that provides customer service; I would always be evaluating service. At this location I have visited several times and I would say the customer service provided at this location is Excellent. I would like to especially point out two individuals at this location that represent a true meaning of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and those employees are Jonathan (Sales Floor Customer Service Rep) and Jackie (Print Shop supervisor), these two are always helpful not only with me but I sit back and observed how they provided service to others and it shows they enjoy what they do (Employee Satisfaction) If you ever need anything from this location just ask for them I guarantee you will definitely experience a great customer satisfaction.

I've been all over queens looking to print an old photo on 11x14 paper and had absolutely no luck. I mean it figures its 2014 and no one gets physical photos done anymore. When I thought all hope was lost I tried contacting staples' copy center and they had my solution. A female associate by the name of Kalien (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was incredible, she advised me that I was able to email the picture to her directly and advised me that she would call me when they were done. She saved my day and I thank her for that. Great place!!
