Large selection. Helpful staff. Place gets busy before it closes and early morning.

I sell on ebay and amazon for a living .. I am always busy getting deals at staples for resale .. indeed there are great deals to be had .. good enough for profit to be made ..
This Utica staples is probably one of the worst staples in the chain .. I am not talking of one experience .. I'm talking dozens!
If you do online order for in-store pick-up forget it! these guys (mostly female) just look at you puzzled until they finally realize that they unfortunately have to proceed .. a 20 min ordeal!! Again I'm not talking of one experience .. i'm taking 10-20 ...
These are the most incompetent staff of any staples I've seen. Shame on Utica staples!
I hope someone at corporate will see this and clean it up ... it's a disgrace

the leadership is lacking integrity [bertram the manager hides in his office and his assistant manager keisha is totally user (un)friendly]. while this location is my neighborhood store, as a entrepreneur, i have little time and to my great surprise after coming to this store literally weekly i have watched the lack of ethics on behalf of the management [complete lies surrounding square trade, returns and purchasing floor model furniture], i will go elsewhere and have done so for months now. better management needed asap.
