I've only had excellent customer service here. I was surprised to read the negative reviews.

Terrible customer service... the staples representative felt like she was doing me a favor by taking my print order! The worst thing is that she didnt know the pricing and made a big deal about going to the website to see it ... it seemed to be an inconvenience for her to do a little work to tell me

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. After standing around waiting for someone to help me, I was bounced back and forth between associates who were unable to give me a clear answer about my print job. This was a time sensitive matter and I tried to explain that to all parties involved. HOWEVER, no one seemed to want to help me in any way.

After waiting over an hour for my printed materials, one of the employees walked out from the back and told me they could not print it because of the size of the paper. IS THIS NOT A COPY AND PRINT SHOP??? It says explicitly on the wall that they can do any custom printing needed. I ended up having to print everything from them on 8.5 x 11 paper and then had to cut it all myself.

When it was all said and done they ended up charging me almost $120.00 for one of the worst and most stressful experiences I have ever had.

DO NOT EVER GO TO STAPLES! I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

To the guy that helped me print my ticket to fly Spirit, thank you, you rock! Unlike Spirit's website, which is awful!

First off, I am a long-time Staples user for printing and other services. I did the same-day business cards and expected to be notified via email or by telephone when they were done. Nothing happened, so I called the next morning and the woman on the phone said, "oh yea, they were done yesterday." !! I went down to the store and two, TWO managers looked at me and lied to my face saying, "It's not really our policy to call or email when things are done, we get busy." So I asked if they were busy yesterday, no answer. They were just trying to cover their asses. Definitely NOT worth $22 bucks. I could have gotten a rush job for cheaper.

Anyway, one call to corporate and they are being reminded what Policy is!
