Guy at copy and print counter was kind of rude. I printed out several copies of resumes and work related documents. Didn't even offer me a bag for my stuff even though it was clearly raining outside (no I didn't have a bag or purse with me). Also, by the time I made it to the platform to wait for the train back home, I realized he never gave me back my USB drive. So I had to walk back to the Staples, and upon entering, I see my flash drive sitting on the counter, while he was on the other end, not close to my USB drive talking on the phone.

By far one of the worst staples I have ever been to. Their manager does not help and the copy and print was basically useless. The two ladies in the front did not know how to help and were just having their own conversations about coffee... Do not recommend this staples at all.

I've never had a horrible experience at this store, but I've never pushed the service envelope by repairing a computer or making a special order, and so forth. They do have a good selection of office supplies (as you would expect) at ordinary prices.
As a negative, they have seemed chronically short of cashiers and help on the ground floor in the past. Sometimes I've wanted to ask a question about some equipment which might actually have resulted in a sale, but there seemed to be nobody around.
Good air-conditioned spot on a lazy summer afternoon to browse roller ball pens, and relive the child's yearly fantasy that if he just had *this* particular cool pen and notebook, he would be wickedly productive during the school term.

I consider this Staples average for what it's worth simply because they stock the same items as any other. Beyond that they also offer the same services, however the layout is peculiar and some sections are in the basement. They stock quite a lot, enough for more office needs but be aware that not all things are available in-store, as some are available online only. They're swamped during back to school season, so be mindful of that, but otherwise is typically empty. Customer Service is hit or miss.

Fabiola is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. She is far from helpful. My company has an account and we have been doing business with this location for years, due to her attitude towards me, we are seriously considering canceling our account. There are other helpful staff at this location and she is definitely not one. It's as if she was angry to do her job. Aside from me there were other customers complaining about her attitude and the way she was treating them. This is not a personal complaint. She needs to learn to work on her customer service skills. She gets zero stars!
