I hear a lot of people say this store has bad customer service, but I have not experienced any of that (yet) I also think the customers are probably the rude ones. Anyways, this store has it all. All of your office needs can be accomplished here and you can UPS or USPS things from here.

The copy and print women was the rudest person I had to deal with. First she told me I can't use the paper I wanted to use. After telling her I have been getting this printed for years in staples around the city and Brooklyn she proceeded to tell me they are over booked and can't print my 30 pages today. There was no one in the store. I rather drive to Brooklyn then deal with that crap again.

Service is a joke. Called and waited 20 minutes on hold to be cutoff.
Shipping, left a package early Sunday, tracking shows it still at Staples.
Staples says UPS picked up, I have no proof!!
Avoid!!
