Absolutely Horrible!!!!
I hired this firm twice when i was younger. I was about 19/20 maybe, I had a court date and the attorney representing me showed up late.. ok thats fine, i didnt think much of it. The second time with the same attorney i showed up late about half an hr. I called him told him hey look sorry im running late... I was about hald an hr late.. he met me outside and demanded $200 dollars cash to represent me!!! again i was like 19 didnt know any better. I had cash I paid and only then did he go inside the court and represent me! he said it was a late fee!!! This is a pathetic excuse, this is just me, I cant imagine how many others have had the same experience....
now for the second case, I called them for a free consultation.. oh yea we can get your points knocked down or down to 0 no problem!! I say, ok sounds great lets do it! little did i know, I hired an attorney to hold my hand and ask me to plead guilty.. I still got points and paid the full amount of the fine!!
They just lie to get your business, and again a late fee??? for half an hour late??? when your attorneys have run late several times!!! pathetic. your a sorry excuse for a law firm

Just came from court today 12-10-15 with my lawyer I was charged with possession with other stuff but thanks to the law firm my case was dismissed could have been much worse but I had the STABILE LAW FIRM, LLC on my side" the best"I highly recommend S/O MEGAN SMITH and thanks again

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. They are very unprofessional. I received 2 $220.00 speeding tickets in the same week and paid this law firm $600.00 to represent me in court as i could not take any time off of work. They stated that they would represent me in court review the evidence that was presented against me and if the prosecutor could not present valid evidence then they would move to have the ticket dismissed and if they have solid evidence then they would get the ticket dropped to a no point violation that would be under $100.00 each. The first ticket i received was by a local police cruiser that used judgement because he was not equipped with a radar (lack of evidence right there), the second one i received was by a state trooper when i was driving a vehicle with a broken speedometer. I actually got the speedometer repaired by a mechanic and have the papers to present as proof. Not once has my attorney Megan Smith called me to discuss the case and everytime i call the assistants tell me that Megan is not there and they will send her a message to call me (of course she never called) a few months later after having the case adjourned for a future date i now receive a letter from the courts stating the case is now closed and I have to sign the plea form and remit payment which cost more than the original ticket within the next 10 days. What was the point of even retaining the services of Stabile Law Firm. I called again today to give this Megan Smith a piece of my mind but as usual once again she was not there and the assistant tells me that he will have Megan give me a call on Monday. She better call me and she better discuss refunding my money.

I have read negative reviews of my office, clearly they are absolutely untrue. The Stabile Law Firm, LLC represents an average of 6000 clients per year. We work diligently and are result oriented. We treat every client as if they are our only client. If we can't help a client, that is, if we don't get results, we return the legal fee. At the Stabile Law Firm, we work 7 days a week because the police and prosecutors do the same, and we don't want them to have an edge over our clients. That being said, don't believe the competitors who put nasty, negative reviews. Call us or stop by to meet our staff and see how hard and tirelessly they work to get results.

These people are a rip off. For two years, I have been trying to get answers about my ticket. Once they take your money do not expect from them to call you. You will have to call them and once you do that, you get different answers every time. I am going to start my process of getting my money back somehow even if I have to go through another lawyer firm. I will never refer anyone to them. I would rather go to court myself then to have unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, unethical liars represent me.
