Whoever the girl at the reception desk was, she was the worst. I made a call to make an appointment. She ruined my day. The tone of her voice was uninviting.

worst front desk and management ever. the average wait time there is at least an hour and they tell you to expect 2 or more hours of wait because they don't know how long the each patient will take. i had come in one time and wait for 30 mins for them to let me know that my contact lenses are not in so i have to come back. they don't value people's time and the people in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. the billing dept. never call you back and i'm still chasing them to get a copy of my bill.

The girls who work at the front office are the worst.
I do not understand why they have to be so nasty and have such attitude to customers?
If they don't like their job, don't take it out on the customers.
The girls here go beyond bad customer service... Just their tone of voice makes me so angry that no matter how good the doctors are I can't go back there.
They really need some training in good customer service.

I was having some pretty scary symptoms and was really scared. I was examined by Dr.Chu and he made me feel much more comfortable.
He had his staff help me with some tests and they were all very professional and nice. The doctors assistant spoke perfect english and sat down to explain to me every test, she made me feel more relaxed. She was like an angel!
I did have to wait but, hey I wait at every doctors office, and I got to see Dr.Chu again after my test. He sat down and explained the results. I'll never switch drs.

Clean, professional, and great advices, however it is very tardy in services. I would not come back or recommend this location to anyone who just wants routine eye exam and new pair of glasses. Bottom-line is that they were taking on many cases as possible to be profitable.

My wife went for eye exam for vision check for new pair of glasses. We had already selected a frame week ahead of time and made appointment for 10:30 AM the following week.

Week later we arrived at 10:20 AM and filled out all paperwork by 10:25 AM. Then the waiting began…we did not see the optometrist until 11:40 AM. 80 minutes later than our scheduled time. Everything else was great however it’s not such superb service that’s worth 80 minute wait just to see the optometrist.
