They should call themselves Rockfort mismanagement because that is what they do.
I rented an apartment which was owned by some person and paid the rent to him. This Rockfort management is supposed to provide us services (for which they charge the owner). The staff is rude and show that they want to do their jobs.
Rockfort mismanagement also charges 100$ when you move in which makes no sense.
They hold a "move-in" deposit which they will hold onto till you leave your apartment and don't return it for a long time.
The apartment has a lot of PEST problems (rats, mouse and roaches).
Rockfort mismanagement also has ridiculous rules all designed to make your life inconvenient - no move-in move-out during weekdays, need to book an elevator for any moves, can only book the elevator in 2 slots 8-12 and 1-5 etc etc.
