Up until today I have had no trouble with this location except for appointments. Dr Mitra helped me when I was in desperate need and so far, he is wonderful. A bit of a ball buster, but that's to lighten the situation... and with me, who ever knows what mood I will be in... therefore, I highly recommend this office, and as for the staff he has, they are all well mannered and helpful, and make it a point to accommodate you... so two thumbs up for me!!!!

I've been going to this place for 4 years now & I'm very comfortable with my psychiatrist, he's understanding & HE CARES, I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE & I LIVE IN Harrison, I don't mind the ride, I highly recommend this facility!!!

The psychiatrist is terrible. When you want to switch medications he'll refuse to allow you to. All he'll do is increase and decrease the medications. He also isn't board certified. When you want to finally get off on meds, he'll keep you on them. This guy is seriously dumb. He doesn't listen to his patients AT ALL! The secretaries are also dumb. They schedule appointments for more than one person at the same time (example: one person will get 3:45 pm so will three other people). As someone who was misdiagnosed, do not even bother with this place.
