Remains one of the great locavore carnivore nouvelle american restaurants in Williamsburg. The ax handle steak for two (or 3 or 4 depending on the size of your stomach) is always a great bet and they have a dependably solid red wine list to accompany that steak. One thing I really appreciate is that while waiting, you can hang next door inside or in the lovely back yard of Spuyten Duyvil where they have a constantly rotating selection of excellent craft beer.
