FROM DANIEL PORRO COMMUNITY BOARD # 9 MEMBER MARCH.7,2015 SATURDAY MORNING I WANTED TO THIS LOCATION TO SEE FOR MY SELF ABOUT A COMPLAINT MADE TO ME BY A CONSUMER FROM THE COMMUNITY THERE IS NO INFORMATION AT ALL POSTED ABOUT PRICES ON THE WALLS OR IN YOUR RECEIPT THE CONSUME HAS TO SEE THE PRICES AND SIZES, AND THE POUNDS ALSO FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ANIMALS OF ALL SIZES. I ASK THE LADY FOR TWO SMALL YOUNG CHICKENS AND TO GIVE ME WHAT WAS INSIDE OF THE CHICKENS, LIKE THE BABY EGGS AND THE GIZZARDS ((( SHE SAID THAT THE YOUNG CHICKENS DO NOT HAVE BABY EGGS OR GIZZARDS IN IN THEIR SYSTEM ))) AND SHE DID NOT KNOW THE PRICES FOR THE PERIODS. I ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SOMEONE IN CHARGE SOME OF THE WORKERS FROM THE BACK ROOM WERE COMING OUT BUT COULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL NO INFORMATION ABOUT CALLING THE OFFICE OR TALKING TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE ANY CONSUMER CONCERNS. I PAID WITH MY DEBIT CARD MY RECEIPT WAS FOR $28.00 FOR TWO SMALL YOUNG CHICKENS I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THE POUNDS OF THE CHICKENS OR THE PRICE. THE OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIR WILL HEAR FROM ME ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE.
