I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was above and beyond what I normally get from other locations. From fixing my phone to upgrading another phone, everything went smoothly. I was in and out in no time and there was no hassle or issues what so ever. I recommend this store to anyone who needs to upgrade, get a phone fixed or have anything else done in regards to their account. These guys are just plain awesome.

Stay away from this Location! Unfortunately for me, I cannot agree with past reviews of this location. When I called over the phone to check if they had two iPhones in store, the rep on the phone was very informative and helpful. However, the experience changed when I visited the location in person an hour later. When I walked in I spoke with the same representative who had taken care of me over the phone. I was ready to go through the upgrade process until at the very end a second rep told me that in order for me to upgrade and receive the new phones, I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO PURCHASE a $40 case for each phone. They kept pushing "the bundle" as if it was obligatory in order to get the phones. I contacted Sprint Customer Care immediately who informed me that they were not allowed to deny any qualified customer an upgrade simply because they wouldn't buy the accessories. Unfortunately, for those who are less informed, they take advantage of these people and force these accessories on them as if they had to buy them in order to upgrade. It makes absolutely no sense to deny customers an upgrade simply because they won't purchase the supposedly "bundled" accessories along with the phones. Shortly after getting off the phone with Sprint, I drove to another Sprint Store a mile down on the same street. When I walked in and told them what just had happened, they could not believe my story. They were as amazed and dumbfounded as I was regarding that whole situation and that it wasn't the first time they had heard complaints about that specific store. I hope this review helps those who are not fully informed. Sprint ALLOWS you to UPGRADE your phone without the need to purchase any accessories from ANY store. Know your rights as a customer. A complaint has been filed with the Corporate Sprint Offices.

You guys are great. Thanks for Fixing my Cracked iPhone 5S almost instantly. You know I needed my phone for the weekend ;) I would have given you a 5 Star if it wasn't for all the troubles I had with the Insurance Company. I B Back lol

I went in to purchase a phone. As soon as i walked in I was greeted. The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable on all the features of the different phones and suggested different accessories to purchase. My overall experience was great and i am definitely going back to that store for any future purchases. I will be recommending them to my family and friends as well.

I went to get myself an iPhone since it recently broke . I was welcomed promptly, they Let me browse patiently around the store, something not everybody does now a days. I left happy with a new iPhone and accessories! I feel like they deserve a review for making my shopping experience a great one. I will defiantly recommend them to anybody! Also the person who helped me out was Mike. He was very professional and mannerism. He explain me the new plans and how it benefits my family. Looking forward to coming back and save some money! Thank you!
