They are rude, have ZERO customer service. ai was given a 2 hour wait estimate.. got no call after 4 hours, I called them and they weren't even working on it.

THE worst experience I have had shopping. The girl that was at the service desk, Sophie/ Sophia had an attitude, and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I dropped my phone to be serviced/ diagnostics tests. The girl said it would be an hour and a half; since we dropped it off around 5:30 and they closed at 8, I figured if I didn't make it in time I would come by the following morning. On the paper for the diagnostics exam they ask for you pin and an alternate phone number. I by accident put down the wrong PIN number ( not realizing that I did). I come back an hour and a half later. They tell me they couldn't do anything, because I gave them the wrong PIN number. But I never received a call in the alternate number I gave them. I asked why they didn't call and they had no answer. Here's the thing; they tried to work on my phone and knew they couldn't but couldn't give me a call?? They wasted my time. I'll take my business else where from now on..... this wouldn't have at a AT&T or Verizon store!!

Mercedes is the absolute best at what she does and what knowledge she has of ALL of the products and services!!! She gets things done and its right the first time around!!!

I generally have a good experience at this store, I'm there often. Unfortunately I don't remember the mans name that helped me on my last visit. I upgraded my business use tablet to an Ipad and I requested the Ipad Air 2. He brought out a box that said Ipad Air, I asked two times if it was the Air 2 and both times he said yes. I incorrectly assumed he was telling the truth. Only later on did I find out that it wasn't an Air 2. It's a minor point as the Air and Air 2 are very similar. What upsets me is that he lied to me twice and did not give me the device I requested.
I will continue using this store, this review is more about the individual than the store itself. I'm still unsure about why he didn't just get me what I asked for or tell me they didn't have it, I would have taken the Air anyway, without being lied to.

Sprint going down hill! I wanted to compare sprint and T-MOBILE, to see if I should stay or go. I have been a loyal customer with sprint fo over 12 years, and have visited this particular store many times. Its been a couple of years since I have upgraded my phone and decided to stop in for some comparison shopping. As I waited to be serviced I could not help but notice how dirty things were. Dust and dirt everywhere really surprised me. Leather cushions ripped and worn were an indication of neglect and lack of pride by the managers and Sprint in general. Some people might not care about this as long as the phone is free or they are saving money, but in reality its a reflection on the company. This review is about the store not Sprint service, not sure if im staying or going, but im leaning towards switching based on savings.
