Asked if they had a SIM card for the iPhone I just purchased. The Sprint Rep answered "I don't know, that is the techs job". I had to be asked to be transferred to the tech - 15 minutes later I hung up.

I went in to get a replacement phone because my phone just wouldn't turn on after overheating and when they gave me a new phone the next day, I asked them where the SD card was that I had purchased a few weeks before on black Friday and they said it wasn't there. So basically they stole my SD where I stored half my crap, luckily I backed up my pictures and apps backed up on Google because they didn't back anything up. I also watched people come and go before I was helped after being told to wait

Horrible service.
Have been put on hold for over 30 minutes at a time only to be hung up on multiple times.
Representatives are very rude and unprofessional. Get told to sit down for a few minutes but stay there for 15+ while customers that show up after me get helped instantly.
Horrible store. No idea how these people still have jobs.

One of the female customer service representative lost my phone in the sprint store and blamed the tech for losing it and this is after I left my phone in the store for two hours. Which I lucky found in the sprint store on the deck at the entrance of the store. I must repeat I found in the sprint store. Oh and I was told to have seat and someone would help me, after 30 minutes of sitting and watching several customer service representatives dance to salsa I asked about my phone ( which was sit down and left at the welcome desks for two hours ) the tech stated he couldn't fix my phone because he didn't know what was wrong with it (He couldn't know what was wrong because he didn't have it to look at). And the information wasn't giving to him because the same representative cut me off as I was explaining to her what was wrong with my phone. I was also handed TWO different galaxy S5 phones and asked to unlock the phones. The same female representative had my name completely wrong even though I spelled it out for her. Corporate will be hearing from me.
