Sprint Store

I have overall a negative experience with this store. First when I switched from Verizon, they gave me a breakdown of my fees, which seemed lower than Verizon. Then when I asked more in detail, there turned out to be some installation fees , another hidden fee that they didn't mention . Even then it seemed cheaper than Verizon even with the financing of new phones. When I got my bill, it was $30 more than Verizon.

Also, I tried to reimburse my Verizon termination fee through this store. After second attempt Sprint accepted it, but didn't send me boxes to return old phones which were supposed to be sent. The store refused to help and sent me back to Sprint customer service for another headache.

There are hardly any people there and hardly any phones. It was conveniently located for me, but there are many other stores around within a fairly short distance, which I will obviously use next time.

I am very busy with the Military and working locally.. I decided to go into Sprint Store By Arjay Wireless and was going to get an upgrade .. in Aug 2014 .

I was told i was not able to get an upgrade and that it would be best to get on a family plan that would lower my bill .. Plus get put on the pay as you go for an i phone .

i was told i would have the phone with in 3 days . After 6 days i received my phone.
As i walk out of the store my phone was broken . I went back to the store and the advice i was given was go to the Apple store in the mall to get a new one ..

After trying very hard to get my phone replace .. i called sprint .. and i found out i was able to get an upgrade .. i was not on a family plan ... and that i should take the phone back to the store to have it replace, Since they were not a Corporate Store .

I went back to the store asked for a full refund .. now 2 months later.. i did not receive a full refund i was charged an extra $375.00 for canceling the place and not returning the equipment ...

MY MISTAKE i went to a NON- Corporate store ... and was lied to and mislead by this stores sales people .. not once ... not twice .. but three times ..

STAY AWAY from this store ... it is not work the effort of time fixing their mistakes ..
