I kept getting the run around about joining the iphone forever plan ,so paid the $50 upgrade fee without knowing there is an additional $200 for the phone it self. Decided not to upgrade and to this day im still going back an forth trying to get that refunded or at least put towards my bill. (2 weeks and still nothing) young kid who helped me ( Kevin) not a really good sales guy , no eye contact with me and just was more interested on being on his iwatch and iphone. I can say Alex ( manager) stepped in and helped me out abit more. They do have very loud music playing. Music that they choose to play from there phones. I can say they can use a bit more training on 101 with customer service.

Definitely one of the worst. The customer service is very bad and very slow. They make you to come in 5 times to solve one problem. Very unprofessional customer service and uneducated. There are actually 2 people ok in this store and the rest seems like they don't even know what they are doing.

This store is the worst. You go in and talk to the technician about having a problem with your phone (in my mothers case is that it was over heating and as well as a malfunction with my phone). If you have insurance guys it's WORTHLESS at this store.

The repair person actually asks for money and tells you to give him a little something to him on the side even though you know is something that insurance covers such as a motherboard problem or that it is over heating. He told me that i was charging the phone on my laptop which is why I have that over heating problem and he stated that because of that insurance don't cover it because you used a different charger (audience does this make absolutely any sense....don't think so)

They will give you the biggest excuse not to order you a new phone via insurance saying "I don't see a problem" we ran tests yet they are fixing screens for people on the side for extra money in their pockets committing fraud behind sprint this is illegal practice I just hope someone reprimands the tech team for this as this is something that is truly embarrassing.

If you can go to the city to get serviced do so but don't go to this store it's not worth it. I've been a loyal and proud sprint customer for over 15 years and have worked in the field of sales/client service for all my life and I have never seen such bad service and inattentive behavior from a store. It sickens me even writing this.

Take your phone to the city it's your best option you'll get serviced the same day and most likely they will take care of you, this store avoid at all costs!!!

I went in to switch, and they were very helpful. Alex, who is a manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and was committed to helping me find a good deal. Kevin, who seems to be highly requested by customers , also had a great attitude and commitment to helping me. Thank you!

Unlike the other reviews here, I have had nothing but good service when I have used this store. Recently, I had a problem with my i6, I took it in, was seen within 3 minutes by the tech who found the earpiece was defective. He offered me a new phone or going into an Apple store and getting a new earpiece.

I chose a new phone as the i6 had also had been dropping contacts and the phone in general was not as responsive as my 4S had been. My new phone was delivered two days later to the store.

When I called the store representative, he told me how to make sure my data was updated on iCloud and that it would take only a short time to transfer all my data when I come in to pick up my new phone.

Everyone has always been helpful to me in this store over the years. Recently, they seem even more attentive. Perhaps Sprint realized they have to train their staff to be highly customer-friendly and efficient for people to want to use this store. I'd recommend this store.
