I can't begin to explain how great my experience was in this store. George is by far the best Sprint Representative i have EVER dealt with. He is knowledgeable, professional and really takes his time helping his customers. Love the experience and love my Note 4

Made an 11:00 am appointment yesterday for today since this store is so close to my home..HUGE MISTAKE! I should have known better. Got there, went up to one of the sales reps to let him know that I had an appointment and was told "we don't do appointments, first come first servered". SRSLY!!! Then why the $%^# are you taking A-N-D confirming appointments online. This is exactly why I end up driving 2 - 3 towns over for service and don't patronize with most Newark businesses.

Great staff. The people who work there are great. Friendly, customer oriented and all around good people. They have been extremely helpful with any problem I've had. Compared to the corporate store the techs here are geniuses.
