Sprint must not care about their brand or how miserable their employees are. I had a sales guy lie to me about the new plan offered for the new Galaxy S6. He explicitly told me that there were certain offers and features that would only come with leasing. I was skeptical and kept pressing him for details. He continued to assure me with details that were not true. The commission for signing on leases must have been higher for him to have lied that extensively. I had to resolve the issue a year later when I started receiving charges that I was told was built into my plan. I was also pregnant at the time and I think lying to a pregnant woman is pretty low. Do not trust their sales staff, particularly Alfred T. At least that is what my receipt has listed as his name.
