WARNING! There was one manager there that charged me more than what it was. I filed a complaint with sprint and they credited back money to me. He no longer works there and my debit card numbers were stolen and used 4 days after I used my care there. Please just look out if in this store making a purchase

This is not a sprint store. The customer service is horrible. I was upsold an otterbox case after I spent a lot of money on my new phone. Less than two weeks later the case snapped in half. Instead of replacing it like any reputable store, they just directed me to the otterbox website. As a literate human being, I had started there and will be forced to pay the shipping for my new case. This place is a rip off. Do yourself a favor and go to a real sprint store

I called in and Satiyma answered. Unfortunately his store could not resolve my repair issue but this man took the time to help me locate other stores that possibly could. I commend him for the time he took to help me over the phone as best as he could and as polite as he was. The store on 57 W 42nd St on the other hand made my blood boil and resulted in a complaint to corporate.
