We went to the store without much hope. As I have had no appreciation for Sprint for the past year. Well needless to say after 15 minutes with Jovaine, she changed my mind. The issue was that one of my phones had a broken screen and we wanted to see what we could do to get it working again or replaced. Jovaine did one of the most important things I expect from customer service. She listened and because of her knowledge and pleasant attitude, we walked out happy campers. The new SPL ( Sprint for Life) plan works for me and the family.
So kudos to Jovaine and Sprint please recognize her for a job well done. She restored my faith in your company.
