The worst. WORST! I was greeted at the door (good). But 2.5 hours later, a 2 year contract signed, and $350 paid, I'm without a phone and the sales rep copped a major attitude. I asked to speak with a manager, and her reply was that "we're all managers".
I asked for a timeframe (after 2.5 hours of waiting for my new phone) and she got pissed, telling me I'm going to have to relax and give her some time. Dang, I had already went shopping down on 34th and eaten a quick dinner all while you get the new phone ready, and now you want more time? Sure, just wanted to know an idea....Long story short, she YELLED AT ME in the MIDDLE OF THE STORE and I'm still without a new phone!! I walked out with my old phone..
Also: There was only 1 computer to UPDATE the new phone (which was being used for the next 30 mins by someone else). Additionally, the wifi was horrible, as all of the demo models were eating up the data, so nobody in the store (include the reps) could use the wifi (it all had to be landline!?)

Actually had a wonderful experience (and I am one who is critical about customer service) ... I encounter several representatives upon arriving who greeted me asking the reason for coming in to the store that particular day. They were all very friendly and engaging. My synopsis: Customer Service was on point ... The two representatives I would like to give ratings two are are Alexander who assisted me with the exchange from a Note 5 (32GB) to Note 5 (64GB) and consulted on the appropriate accessories, as well as activated and transferred my information from Note 2 and Chinelle (spelling not sure) who demonstrated the difference in the Harmon speakers for me which convinced me to buy three ... Both representatives were engaging, knowledgeable and professional!!! I would definitely make the trip to this particular store for any future Sprint needs.

Great service by Char-nae Allen. She was very professional and answered all questions. She activated three new iphone 6s's in good time for us. Thanks to her!!

This is the worst store ever. CS is non-existent. THEY KNOW NOTHING about CS. DO NOT GO THERE! Better off switching carriers. I am.
I am Sprint 19 years and this is the worst f*ucking store ever. This is the 3rd time I'm trying to get a phone from them and who the hell conducts interviews in the stock room where they can not check to see if they have a phone in stock! The WORST. SPRINT WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CRAP WHOLE OF A STORE!

Everytime i come to this store they are always helpful. i work in the area so i frequently come to pay my bill or check upgrades or check new phones that come out. I usually deal with Jermaine. He has been there for as long as i can remember. Every other face in that store is new to me. He is always helpful and is very understanding. I can say he honestly cares for the customer. Ive dealt with other reps at other locations and all they want to do is sell, sell, sell just to make money. At one point i was going to leave sprint, but i didn't. Sprint has gotten better through the years. And now their coverage is great.
