I went to this store, the gentleman there helped me get started quickly, I left happy. Within the hour I began to have service issues where my phone said 1x for signal and then roaming, within a 10 mile radius of the store, I had 3 issues where the phone had no service within 3 hours of buying the phone and switching to Sprint. I then went back to return and cancel everything since I work from my phone and cannot risk having service issues or misconnections. I had to pay a restocking fee because I had to return the phone due to SERVICE issues, not buyers remorse. No one there even tried helping me in waving that fee since I had the phone less than 5 hours. How is this justified, this is robbery, I am very happy to have left Sprint early on and seeing how their customer service is really that bad and why no one wants to be a part of their network.
