My Mom and I had such a positive experience with Jason, the store manager, last Saturday (3/2/16) when we came in to help get my Mom's phone fixed. He not only found a re-furbished iPhone 5S that she could use but he made sure it was working properly and transferred over all of her info. While we obviously paid for this new device, he was kind enough to throw in a case and charger at no cost. He knew the last month had been a bit rough for us given that my Mom recently had a stroke and he couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. Thank you for all of your help Jason! We will continue to be loyal Sprint customers due to service like this.

Went in to renew my contract and get new phones. Had no problems paying fees associated with new phones but asked that my bill be kept exactly the same. Was promised it would be. One phone was in the store, the second wasn't in stock and needed to be ordered (seemed odd for a store with about 10 products but whatever). Told em no rush. Got charged overnight shipping fees for both phones. Charged for all sorts of insurances and add-ons I didn't asked for. Returned and talked to representative I had dealt with. Said no problem just needed to have manager take off chargers. Nothing. Spoke to manager who said he'd look into and fix it no problem. Nothing. Reached out to the real sprint and they immediately looked up the problem waived all the fees and took off extra for the headache. If you've gone to this store recently I would recommend carefully going over your bill and reaching out to sprint directly with any issues.

they knew how to service my phone and they lowered my plan. great store

refused to service the phone and sent me to corporate store..
wanted to charge me for a new phone and sell me a phone instead of fixing my new phone. this is dishonest business
