Was told "eligible for early upgrade" went to the store got new phone, employee was telling me "no fees" ect. Walked out happy, three weeks later, $500 charge on Sprint account. Manager never receives my call, now i have Sprint opening a case about my situation wasting my damn precious time being on the phone with Sprint trying to solve this.
Beware of this place, I am hoping Sprint will take the necessary actions for the problems this store has given me.
