The staff was very nice but I had come in with a malfunctioning phone which had not been working and then randomly decided to work when I got there, but the staff recognized the flaw in the phone. The phone I was sent I am pretty sure was a refurbished phone because the glue on the bottom of the glass part had bubbles in it and got worse after a week or two. The front of the door said repair center . . . which is absolutely ridiculous that they could not take it in or help me send back the phone or repair it, so they shouldn't have something that says repair center if they don't do repairs. My father is the holder on the account so the only way I could mail it back is if I went all the way back to New Jersey when they send me a box to send it back to them. The fact that these centers advertise a repair center and basically sat there and did nothing with my phone is absolutely ridiculous. If it didn't void my warranty on my insurance I would totally repair it myself. . . . . AS AN UPDATE!! I WENT BACK TODAY NOV 21, 2015. The "technician" was not able to discern between a broken screen and the bubbles I was describing earlier. The fact that you're a technician and aren't doing your job you should not be a technician, and as an engineering student have repaired many electronics before and know that this is a refurbishment flaw. If you need help with something broken do not come here because I have gone here twice and they have wasted my time twice.

This is the only Sprint location I acknowledge. The store has a gorgeous, clean, minimalistic layout and the staff has always been warm, welcoming and helpful.
