Beware. Not a real Sprint store. An authorized dealer who has shady people working there. Had one guy sell me 1 phone and failed to tell me of their pro rated fees. My first bill was close to $400! Scammers and unwilling to help! Give Sprint a worse name if thats even possible.

This store is very small and not many works are thire. It tacks a long time to get people to help you. Also it gets very crowded time to time

Today August 19, 2015 My brother and I went to active his cellphone, the lady that was in the front from the moment we arrived we noticed she was on the phone. I understand the she was taking care of a costumer but she didn't even look at us she didn't acknowledge that we were there. As a person who's in customer services the proper thing to do is to excuse your self let the customer know that you will be with them in just a moment. After waiting for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone we decide to leave. I guess they don't need my business this is not the forest time that this has happened at this location. Foolish me decided to give them another try to my surprise nothing has changed. terrible customer services But I guess they haven't be trained in customer services. They are very rude and very inefficient. If i need something from sprint I rather travel to the Bay Plaza store a even though the Crosby location is down the road from me. If i'm going to spending my money al least I deserve a good customer services.

I was not impressed or welcomed by with the sprint store on crosby. It is very Dark inside (minimal lighting) limited product knowledge throughout the location, only one chair (located in the corner) available. The workers, Vanessa, Oscar, an unknown female and another male who is said to be the Store mgr. This staff is barely there together, the store is ALWAYS left with one person coverage (as stated by Vanessa as well). Unfortunately they don't have any on hand but with get a shipment on Tuesday 10/14 and I can pick up the phone. I called Tuesday at approximately 11:38am to be greeted by a female who seemed to have an attitude (seemed annoyed when saying hello and said what do you want rather than what can I help you with) I explained that I'm awaiting a shipment and would like to know if it's arrived. I was told "well UPS comes at 12 so NO!" I stated ok I will call back in a few minutes and she hung up.
I didn't think anything so I called back, he did it again. I called a third time and said hello excuse me, he said yes! I said I'm calling to find out if you had a shipment on Tuesday I'm awaiting an iPhone 6 128gb white/silver he said no and hung up. I decided to go into the store I began to express the frustration I have been experiencing since 10/14 as he is the store mgr and also mentioned the calls from 10/16. He said well maybe I shouldn't call with a private number. I says excuse me, whatever number I call from should not dictate whether I get customer service or not. I stated if you don't get the shipment tomorrow can you contact me so I can pre order the device and ensure I get it on time, he passed me a paper and took my information.
Being that I never received a call in regards to the shipment or pre order I called on 10/18 to see if it came on Friday. Vanessa answered the phone and said we didn't get it. I asked to pre order the device and she said can't be done over the phone and hung up. I decided to stop in the store to preorder the device. As I entered the store mgr had walked out leaving Vanessa to take care of 3 customers on her own. As it was my turn I gave the proper information once again to pull up my profile. I asked her if the store mgr is returning she said "he left early and he does this all the time to me, I'm always left alone here." Vanessa was unaware on how to pre order a phone so contacted the store mgr... He told Vanessa don't do a pre order just tell the customer we are getting a shipment on Tuesday and have her check then. (As Vanessa told me he stated) I said I am not going through the run around again, I want to pre order to guarantee it. Vanessa called her DM and explained the situation and she was going to be walked through it. In between calls Vanessa stated I think I got my boss in trouble cause he isn't suppose to leave but he does this all the time. The DM called back and walked her through the site. When they got off the phone I wanted to confirm the charges and she said I can't do the $50 plan but something similar and the 128GB is going to be $40 additional- I said no way! You and Oscar told me $25 additional with the $50 plan.. I took my credit card and ID back.
This has been such a terrible experience with sprint! I will be sure to communicate this to those in the area because it's a shame.

this is an awful sprint store, especially comparing it to the ones in Manhattan. staff is rude, i call in before going to the store as to not waste my time and theirs and constantly get hung up on, and this is not only my experience. Overall terrible staff, it is almost as if they put effort into giving bad service, put that same effort into good service and maybe this review would be different.
