The employees at this store have no idea what they are doing. I couldn't receive phone calls or texts. After having my phone for 3 hours the tech said my sd card was corrupted. I informed him I knew that I know you don't need a sd card to make or receive calls or texts he changed his tune. Now he and another guy tell me now they see what's going on it is a network problem. So this morning I called tech support and was told there is no network problems and proceeded to hep me reset my phone. I will never use them again.

I have a bad experience with a woman attendant. Her manners was rude. And she did not knw much about the phone. phone had a problem but she was concerned about the type of apps.I nad.

My personal experience with this location is by far better than the other Sprint locations in the area. Whenever I set foot in the store, it may take a while for me to GET help, but my problems are always solved and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

They are coldly polite and indifferent at best when dealing with customers. More often, they're dismissive and condescending. You can occasionally get correct answers when they feel like they're in the mood to show off how much they know about something, but in my experience they have burned me with wrong answers to critical questions that impacted my decision in a way that I regretted later. And once you've paid your money, you no longer exist.
