Not an official Sprint store so don't go here unless you're in a bind. From the minute you walk in a salesperson follows you everywhere and when u kindly asked them to stop and I'll call them over when I have any questions, they stated that they are required to follow around customers.
Not a welcoming place unless you have fantasies of being followed by strangers.

CASH ONLY! They removed all kiosks and credit card machine. So if you need to make a payment they charge a $5 fee. They don't bother to tell you this until you try to make a purchase.

Went to this sprint store to get a phone for my mothers birthday Customer service was horrible.Waited for about 2 hours for there system to come back up and associate gave me a phone plan that I never asked for.Their management needs to focus on training their employees to better serve their customers also customer service and knowledge.
Customers are the main source of why a business succeeds.
