Steven was the sales representative who helped me. This is the second time he's helped me. The first time was when I got iphones for the deal at Christmas that were $99 apiece. He is a very cool guy, very thoughtful and careful, making sure everything gets taken care of. He is good with detail and a very personable nice guy - very sweet. He made certain everything was done, all the transfers of information and everything.

This store blows Fordham's store out the waters, it smells better also. The Tech department is very knowledgeable and kind. They are always happy and welcoming. I basically felt comfortable at this store.

First time visit for repair the technician always leave two hours prior store closing.
Second visit , I explainde technician what the problem is, yet she required to leave the phone for an hour.
Third and last visit, the person who looked at my account tells me I have no insurance in my primary line, only my other two lines, when my bills clearly shows am paying for the six years $20. for insurance!
This qualify this store Extremely Poor!
