we were 2:00 to get our phone, manager constant care, and learned how to do one or the second, in the end everything had to solve the problem over the phone, with the loss of 2 days.

Good store it has everything you need. The employees were friendly and as knowledgeable as they could be. There was a few people ahead of me but I was in and out fairly quickly despite that

Went had 4/3 g card paying about 68 per month. Had the greatest sales guy and I'm in sales cannot easily sold it has to make common sense to me. What he educated me on was that they take trade in from old phones, even though they may not pay a lot I have been saying I am selling mold phones on ebay for the last 6 YEARS lol . So I was able to get the new HTC and make sense out of it because it has hotpot and 4 g built in to replace my card. When all said and done I will keep iPhone ,HTC as hotspot for iPad as well have 4g speed when needed. Out of pocket after rebate and all will cost about 250 after trade in etc. My bill will go up about 30.
Been playing with phone since yesterday and have to say its one of best phones out. Bad typing compared to iPhone not even close. As mentioned earlier I will never stop with Apple. In my family we have 3 iPhones a 17,13 inch MAC book pros, 27 inch appple desktop, apple tv and router, iPad, and a few ipods. With all this said I give the phone a 9 and the store a 10. Also didnt walk out laying out a dollar they said they will bill me. Great service thanks.

They refused to sell me a Palm Pre on launch day because I wasn't a new customer. I was on the Everything Data plan (approved for the Pre) and was paying month to month. Under normal circumstances, I would get new customer pricing with a new 2 year contract. But since this store was so greedy, they were only selling the phone to new customers. I'm guessing the commission is bigger in that circumstance?
I had to spend hours on the phone with Sprint Corporate to FORCE them to give me the phone.
When I was contacted for a store survey, I naturally gave them a very poor performance review. The store manager contacted me personally and had the audacity to complain about my harsh review.
